WINEMAKER’S NOTES

Yaşasın (pronounced “Yasha Sihn”) is the first natural sparkling wine produced in

Turkey using the “ Traditional Method” (Methode Traditionnelle), a commonly

preferred method for the production of top quality sparkling wines worldwide.

Yaşasın was produced with Kalecik Karası grapes harvested at Vinkara’s vineyards in

the Kalecik region and processed as a white wine (blanc de noirs).

Yaşasın 2020 has a pale yellow color with golden reflections. Perlage is fine and

persistant. Fresh fruity &flowery nose enriched with citrus and bread crust notes. It is

a well-balanced mouthfilling sparkling wine with good freshness. Yaşasın has a long

finish with notes of fresh pear and grapefruits.
